Beginning November 12, Holy Spirit Orthodox Church will host a five-week book study in the social hall after vespers. We will read *Journey to Reality: Sacramental Life in a Secular Age* by Zachary Porcu, a history and theology scholar at the University of St. Katherine.
This book is written for Western Christians and spiritual seekers. It helps readers move from a secular way of thinking to a sacred vision of life, showing how God is present in everyday experiences.
Instead of focusing on doctrine, Porcu offers a new way of seeing Orthodox Christianity, that brings deeper meaning, awareness, and spiritual growth.
